Jeff Boer has over 17 years of plumbing experience and specialises in solar hot water and heat pump hot water installations; renovations; maintenance; blocked drains; and installation of water efficient devices. Jeff is recognized as a fully endorsed solar and heat pump hot water installer by the Queensland Plumbing Industry Council. Sally Boer is a freshwater ecologist specialising in waterway rehabilitation, water sensitive urban design, and stormwater management, including the design of constructed wetlands and rain garden bio-retention systems. Sally was winner of the 2009 UDIA (Urban Development Institute of Australia) Excellence Award for Outstanding Achievement by a Woman in Developing a Sustainable Environment.
